How to find evaluation links to send to preceptors and faculty.

Instructions on how to locate evaluation links that are in the notifications sent to preceptors and faculty. This provides a direct link to the evaluation, bypassing the eMedley login.

Sending eMedley evaluation links to Preceptors and Faculty 

Emulate the preceptor or faculty 

• Administration > ekeeper > Manage > Preceptor or Faculty > select preceptor or faculty profile > Actions > Emulate 

Once you are in the preceptor or faculty profile 

• Click the preceptor/faculty name in the upper right corner > Notifications > double-click the appropriate notification > copy the evaluation link in the Evaluation Reminder and email to preceptor or faculty 
  • This evaluation link will send the preceptor or faculty directly to the evaluation
  • Do not send this link to students or people who should not have access the to the evaluation
