How to add new property/fields to Contact in ClerkChat

Add new property

In ClerkChat, go to 'Contacts' and then 'Add Contact' in the top right-hand corner.

Use the '+ Add a new property' and then select what kind of field you want to add

Once that is added, you can now update existing contacts, add to import file for new contacts
