Overview
Campaigns are used to send a mass blind text to a group of contacts in a list.
Create and send a Campaign
Before you start a campaign, be sure you have your static/dynamic list established as well as the body of your message or template.
- Go to Campaigns in the left navigation pane
- Select 'New', the wizard will walk you through the entire process
- Select the associated list you want to send the campaign to
- At the bottom, write your message or select a template to use
- Name your campaign
- Select the phone number you would like the campaign sent from
- The wizard will confirm how many contacts the message will be sent to and give you the option to send now or schedule the send
Campaign Responses
Campaign responses will be visible from the Phone number
Campaign Analytics
To view deliverability, opt out and interactions of your campaign, go to 'Analytics' in the left navigation pane. Go to the 'Campaigns' tab. You can search for a specific campaign or from a specific number to view the results.
