Overview
ClerkChat has an integration available with Salesforce Contacts. Since there are so many different contact record types, the integration is setup as private so users only see contacts they have access to in Salesforce. This requires that each individual user that will use Salesforce contacts with ClerkChat needs to individually connect to Salesforce.
Connect Salesforce to ClerkChat
Go to the gear icon at the bottom of your left navigation pane, and then select 'Integrations'. Locate the 'Salesforce' integration and select 'Connect'. You do not need to connect to the Salesforce Sandbox instance.

When this is completed, under the 'Connected' section, you'll see Salesforce begin to sync. That is all you need to do. The integration syncs every 10 minutes automatically and should only sync contact records that you have access to in Salesforce.
