Important Asset/CI Fields (Simplified Overview)
There are required fields and optional fields with in the Asset Form within TeamDynamix. The purpose of this knowledge base is to provide definitions and context around what is found on the Asset Form.
Common fields that will be updated through the lifespan of the app:
Mandatory Fields
These fields are updated by the Asset Steward. If no Asset Steward was assigned at Asset creation, it will default to the Product Manager associated with the Product Line that the app is associated with.
Some fields are populated by existing lists/CI's. In such cases, if the underlying list/CI is updated, the change should be reflected in the Asset.
