Instructions on viewing the COCA Self Study Dashboard. This dashboard contains information and an overview of the COCA Self Study progress, evidentiary submissions, completion and compliance statuses.

COCA Self Study Dashboard

The COCA Self Study Dashboard is used to provide information and an overview of the current status of the COCA Self Study progress, evidentiary submissions, completion, and compliance. The data is compiled from the COCA Self Study Team Sharepoint List. There are four tabs on the dashboard with different visualizations and data about the COCA Self Study. These tabs will be explained below in this knowledge base article. 

Helpful Tips 

• The dashboard is automatically refreshed periodically throughout the day. You can see the last refresh by clicking the down arrow next to "Data updated XX/XX/XX" in the green header.
• Multiple people can be in the dashboard at the same time - no one else can see the filters you have selected. 
• Using filters within the dashboard
  • Multiple filter options can be selected at once.
  • To remove any filters selected, click the green refresh filter icon on the top right. When the icon is no longer highlighted green, no filters are currently selected. 

COCA Self Study Dashboard - Overview tab

• The Overview tab provides an overview of the current COCA Self-Study status. It provides general information on each standard and element.
• Along the top are filters for standard, element, responsible person(s), and if it is included in the mid-cycle report.
• There are additional filters along the bottom to allow users to filter by which elements need attention, those with actions plans, and which standard have CQI efforts. 

COCA Self Study Dashboard - Evidentiary Submission Status tab 

• The Evidentiary Submission Status tab provides general information on the evidentiary submission status.
• Use the slider along the bottom to view status of all submissions for each element. 
• Filters along the top allow for filtering of standard, element, responsible person(s), and the overall submission status. 
• The links within the Link to Self Study Doc column will open the NEW TO BE UPDATED Standard document. 

COCA Self Study Dashboard - Completion Status tab

• The Completion Status tab shows the completion rates by standard and element.
• Filters along the top allow for filtering of standard, element, and responsible person(s).

COCA Self Study Dashboard - Compliance Status (self-assessed) tab

• The Compliance Status (self-assessed) tab provides information about the standard and element compliance status.
• Filters along the top allow for filtering of standard, element, responsible person(s), and compliance status.
