How to Reset the Go OHIO App

Resetting the app clears user login and cahce information.

Resetting Go OHIO signs you out and clears authentication information and cached app content stored on your device.

  1. From anywhere in the app, select the Profile (head and shoulders) icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Scroll down and select Reset this app.

  4. Confirm that you want to reset the app.

You will be signed out, if currently logged in, and returned to the Persona Selection screen, where you can select your preferred app experience.

1. Select Profile

Step 1: Select the Profile icon.

2. Select Settings

Step 2: Select Settings.

3. Reset this app

Step 3: Scroll down and select Reset this app.

4. Confirm reset

Step 4: Confirm that you want to reset the app.

Choose an experience

After resetting: Select your preferred app experience.
