HCOM Huddle Rooms are designed as a BYOD (Bring your own device) conference room.

- Reserve the room in advance of the meeting using Outlook and invite the Room from the Global Address Book as the Location.
- Use the wall panel to turn ON the display and allow 10-15 seconds to power on.
- Connect the HDMI and USB cables supplied in the room to your device.
- If you are only using the room’s display to mimic your Laptop’s content, Use the Windows + P keys on your laptop and choose “Duplicate” to duplicate your display.
- If using the in-room speaker for audio in the room, change your Audio Output Source by selecting the Sound icon in the taskbar and choose Echo Cancelling Speaker (Polycom Studio Audio).
- If utilizing MS Teams, Zoom, or WebEx, Choose Sound audio and Video sources labeled “Echo Cancelling” within your video conferencing application (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
- Use your laptop to mute and unmute audio.
- Once the meeting has ended, choose the Off button on the wall panel to power off the display.
