How to use the Aggregated Preceptor Evaluation Export

Using the eMedley aggregated preceptor evaluation export to obtain aggregated preceptor evaluation data for multiple preceptors at a specific clinical site.

Using the Aggregated Preceptor Evaluation Export 

Availability of reports is dependent on eMedley access level. Some staff or faculty may not have access to these reports. 

eMedley > Intelligence > reporting > Data Exports > eValuate+ > Aggregated Preceptor Evaluation Export 

• Click New Export 
• Complete Aggregated Preceptor Evaluation Export filter 
  • Form 
  • Rubric Items 
  • Clinical Site 
  • Submitted After Date
  • Submitted Before Date 
• Click Start 
• Export will show status of pending while gathering information and you will receive an email when the report is available
• Once status is complete, select download icon to the right of the report name
