Solution 

1. Download the Omnissa Horizon Client from the Omnissa's client download site by selecting 'Go to Downloads' under the Android section.

   • You may be prompted for permissions to allow access to make/receive phone calls and access all data on device 

2. When prompted during the installation, enter mydesktop.ohio.edu as the Connection Server name.

3. All other input fields can be left unchanged.

Outcome: You are now able to access mydesktop.ohio.edu from your Android device
