About

The global Dashboards can be located by selecting the home icon when you log into TeamDynamix. It can pull data from multiple applications, such as reports on tickets, knowledge base articles, and the service catalog.  

The default Dashboard is configured by TDX admins. 

The ticket Dashboard is customizable for each user, allowing them to add ticketing reports that are relevant for them.  

Navigation

From TDWorkManagement, select the Home icon on the left.

From TDWorkManagement, select the View Applications button in the upper left and Tickets

How Many

Any TDWorkManagement user can create multiple global Dashboards. If you have multiple Dashboards, you can toggle between them by using the down arrow beside the current Dashboard name.

Each user can only have one ticketing desktop.

To switch dashboards, click the down arrow next to the current dashboard name and select a new one from the dropdown list.

Managers may request to deploy a global dashboards that they've created to other user accounts by submitting a service request. In your request, please state which accounts you'd like the desktop applied to.  

 

Add a Report to Your Ticket Desktop

In most cases, a ticketing desktop - rather than a global desktop - will fit your needs. 

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix.  

  1. Select Tickets from the top menu or from the View Applications button in the upper left corner. 

  1. In the upper right side, select Edit Dashboard.

  2. Click the + Add Widget where you want to add a report

  3. Select the Widget Title

    • Tip: to quickly find widgets you can use search or navigation

  4. Select this report and drag it to your desired column.

    • Tip: to move report you can click & drag to another row/column

  1. Select Save in the top right.  

Outcome: You have added a ticketing report to your dashboard. Now the report will appear on your Tickets home screen.
