Description

Web-based application for temporary, secure file storage and sharing. 

Access

• Log in by navigating to the Secure File Sharing Form

  • IMPORTANT: To send files with this tool, you must be provisioned for Microsoft Power Apps. This is a one-time process.

Who can access

• Current faculty and staff

How to request access

• If this is your first time sending files with this tool, you must be provisioned for use. This is a one-time process. Please submit the provisioning form. Provisioning takes approximately 24 hours.  

• Once provisioned for Power Apps, there are no other requests necessary. 

Features

• 50MB maximum file size. 

• No limit to the number of files.  

• Files are encrypted and available to the recipient in the cloud for 30 days. 

Best Uses

• Internal (OHIO) distribution of protected data. Can be used to share files with those outside the University.
