Faculty 24 Semi-Monthly Pay Option Authorization

This form authorizes a faculty member to receive their academic year salary in 24 equal semi-monthly installments in accordance with Ohio University policy 41.007 and IRC Section 409(A). This form must be submitted by August 15. To cancel this pay option for a future academic year, the Faculty 24 Semi-Monthly Pay Option Cancellation form must be submitted by August 15. If employment is terminated, any deferred salary will be paid in a lump sum.

Please verify your first paycheck of the academic year to ensure the 24 Semi-Monthly Pay Option is in effect. If discrepancies are found, contact the Payroll Office at (740) 593-1636 or payroll@ohio.edu.
