Faculty 24 Semi-Monthly Pay Option Cancellation

This form cancels the 24 semi-monthly pay option for faculty members and reissues salary payments over the regular academic schedule. This form must be submitted by August 15 and is effective with the first pay of the academic year. Payments would include 18 installments for a 9-month schedule, 20 installments for a 10-month schedule, and 22 installments for an 11-month schedule.

Please verify your first paycheck of the academic year to ensure the 24 Semi-Monthly Pay Option is no longer in effect. If discrepancies are found, contact the Payroll Office at (740) 593-1636 or payroll@ohio.edu.
