Clearing your web browser's cache

Description

If you have problems loading a specific website, University online service, or web application, try clearing your browser's cache.

Environment

  • Operating systems: Windows, PC 

  • Web browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari

Solution 

 

Outcome: Webpages should now load correctly. If you are still having trouble, please contact the IT Service Desk.
