Troubleshooting

  • If you are unable to hear your voice coming through the speakers in the room, adjust the microphone volume on media control box screen on top of the desk.
  • Make sure the microphones are not muted on the media control box on top of the desk.
  • If you experience feedback:
    • Turn down the volume.
    • Make sure other devices located in the room have their microphones muted.
  • Make sure the stick or lavalier mics are turned on (green light) and not on mute (orange light).
    • There should be a steady green light showing.
    • An orange light indicates that the microphone is muted. Unmute by quickly pressing the button on the microphone to change it to green.
  • If there is no green light or a flashing green light, then the batteries are low and need to be replaced.
