Reports

TeamDynamix offers a robust suite of reporting capabilities. You are able to create reports about time, resources, assets, tickets, projects, and more. You can access the reporting module via TDNext.

Reports v. Saved Searches

Reports are different from saved searches. Saved searches are done when looking for specific types of tickets, and can be saved to utilize later. However, saved searches cannot be shared, cannot provide assessment of the data, and cannot be depicted via chart like reports can.

Creating Reports

You are able to create custom reports that provide ways to modify, configure, and set criteria for the data from your ticketing application.

  • You can find more information about creating and Using Custom Reports in TeamDynamix's knowledge base.

Creating Report Folders

You are able to create folders in which to house saved reports to help organize and manage the reports you and others create.

Creating Charts

While creating reports, you are able to create a chart to represent the information.

  • You can find more information and a step by step guide for creating charts in the Creating a New Custom Report section of the Using Custom Reports article in TeamDynamix's knowledge base.

Copying, Editing, & Saving Reports

You are able to copy, edit, and save reports that you or others have created.

Add a Report to your Desktops

You can add reports to your desktops in TDNext, whether a global desktop or tickets desktop.

Viewing SLA Reports

You can view reports to see how tickets are meeting the various service level agreements (SLA) set by your area.
