Are there practice activities for students in Learning Space? How can they be utilized?
Yes, there is a SOAP note practice activity for both Year 1 and Year 2 students in Learning Space. The practice activities contain free text SOAP note forms that can be completed, deleted, and rewritten as many times as students wish to do so. Students can practice typing and submitting documentation while self-timing in order to practice for upcoming CTAC activities.
How can the practice activities be accessed?
1. Log into Learning Space: https://ctac.hcom.ohio.edu
2. Locate the SOAP note practice activity assigned to your class. Tip: it will likely be at or near the bottom of the Current Activities list. If you do not see it, be sure to scroll to the bottom. Click on "Data Entry" next to th practice activity.
3. The SOAP template is free text. The text can be written, submitted, deleted, and rewritten as often as desired.
4. The practice activity is for just that, practice. The activities are clearly labeled for practice use only. Please do not document in the practice activity during a scheduled CTAC lab activity.
