What is Learning Space?
Learning Space is a web-based learning management system that is used to: record video interactions in the Clinical Training and Assessment Center (CTAC), and provide faculty and feedback on student performance. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for Learning Space.
Log Into Learning Space
Use the following address: https://ctac.hcom.ohio.edu and log in using your Ohio credentials. Be sure to use Google Chrome for video playback!
FON Data Entry
1. Use the "FON Data Entry" link located next to the activity title in Current Events
2. Locate the student encounter you wish to grade, or use the Search box at the top-left of the screen, and click on the student's name.
3. Click on "Data Entry" in the tools window on the right side of the page. Complete the rubric below and click "submit" when you are done.
4. Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to the video page where you may select another video and repeat the process.
Can I Change My Submission?
Yes, as long as the activity remains running, you are able to log in and change your responses at any time.
