What is Learning Space?
Learning Space is a web-based learning management system that is used to: record video interactions in the Clinical Training and Assessment Center (CTAC), and provide faculty and feedback on student performance. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for Learning Space.
Log Into Learning Space
Use the following address: https://ctac.hcom.ohio.edu and log in using your Ohio credentials. Be sure to use Google Chrome for video playback!
OEQS Grading
1. Click on the "OEQS" link next to the activity title in Current Activities.
2. On the page that loads, click on the "Learners" button located in the middle of the page to list SOAP note submissions by Learner name. Click the "Score" button located to the right of the student name to grade the SOAP note submitted by that student.
3. The student's submission is located in the middle of the page under "Responses." Complete the scoring rubric on the right under "Scoring" and submit when completed. Submitting a graded section will automatically advance to the next section to be graded.
4. Complete grading all sections of the SOAP note. When the final section is submitted, you will be redirected to the Learner page where you may choose another SOAP note to grade.
Can I Change My Submission?
Yes, as long as the activity remains running, you are able to log in and change your responses at any time.
