Power BI for Business Users

Table of Contents

Introduction

There are two versions of Power BI that come with the Power BI package: Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (PBI Desktop and PBI Service, respectively).  PBI Desktop is the desktop app that developers use to build reports, while PBI Service is the website where these reports are published for users.  This series of articles, which are written and maintained by Microsoft, provide information on using items in Power BI Service to help you get the most out of the reports that others have made.  The articles linked in this knowledge base give a general overview of the various features in Power BI Service, while the links on the left panel of those articles give more details on those and other topics.
