Description
You will need to add University closings or scheduled time off to either your Outlook calendar or Microsoft Bookings page to prevent meetings from being added to your calendar when you are out of the office.

Calendar in Mac, PC, and/or web browser
Solution
If your working hours are not accurate in your calendar, including days you do not work, you will appear as bookable to Bookings users. Depending on your Microsoft Bookings configurations, you will need to employ one or both of the solutions below:
Access the Microsoft Bookings page from the customer view to ensure that the desired changes were updated correctly.
Outcome: You should now be unable to be scheduled for appointments during your designated out-of-office times.
