FindTime helps you identify scheduling availability by providing an easy-to-use meeting poll through Outlook.
Environment
Mac, PC, Outlook app, web browser
Solution
Before you can create a FindTime poll, you must first install the FindTime plug-in.

Create a new email or select an email to reply to.

List people required for the meeting in the To field and optional participants in the Cc field.

In the top navigation pane, select New Meeting Poll.

Select your desired meeting settings and follow the automated prompts.

Outcome: You should now be able to create a meeting poll for colleagues to select desired meeting times.
