Description
In order to reserve a space that will meet the needs of your event, you must know the "rules" associated with available spaces (e.g., the maximum number of reservations per booking, the maximum number of bookings per day, etc.)

Solution
Select the About button next to your chosen template to view the booking rules (e.g., maximum number of reservations per booking, maximum number of bookings per day, etc.)
You can view detailed reservation guidelines in the EMS Web Portal.
Note: These directions apply to EMS Web Portal Flexspace reservations only. To reserve event spaces on campus managed by Conference and Event Services, visit Event Service's Reserve with Virtual EMS. You will need to register to gain access.
Outcome: You should now be able to view the booking rules.
