Using the Adobe Connect app for video conferencing

How to download, install, and log in to the Adobe Connect app for video conferencing.

Solution 

Windows and Mac

1. Download the appropriate installer:  

   • Adobe Connect for Windows

   • Adobe Connect for Mac

2. Find the file you downloaded and launch it. 

   • How to find downloaded files in Firefox

3. After the installer finishes, you will have a desktop icon for Adobe Connect. 

   

4. Double-click the icon to launch Adobe Connect. 

5. To connect to a meeting or virtual classroom space, paste the URL for that space into the URL field. 

6. Log in with your full OHIO email address and OHIO password. 

7. The next time you launch the Adobe Connect application, you will see your virtual classroom or meeting space under the Recents tab to the right. You can add this to your Favorites so that in the future it is easier and faster to log in to your meeting space.

Mobile app support

The Adobe Connect app is available from your mobile device's app store.
