Accessing training certificates through Vector Solutions

Description

All OHIO employees and students have access to training modules through Vector Solutions, including Data Security & Privacy training, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training, both of which are required by some departments and colleges. Upon completion, a certificate is added to the account.

Employees should log in via https://ohio-oh.vectorlmsedu.com

Students should log in via https://ohiostudents-oh.vectorlmsedu.com

1. Log in with your OHIO credentials (@ohio.edu email and password).
2. Once you have logged in, select Training History from the left navigation menu.
3. On the Training History page, select View Certificate for the designated course. If the course does not automatically populate, try adjusting the date range.

       4. You can download the certificate by selecting Print, and Save to PDF, in the top right corner of the screen.
