What is Learning Space?
Learning Space is a web-based learning management system that is used to: record video interactions in the Clinical Training and Assessment Center (CTAC), and provide faculty and feedback on student performance. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for Learning Space.
Log into Learning Space
Use the following address and your Ohio email/password for access: https://ctac.hcom.ohio.edu/
SOAP Note Documentation
1. Click on the "Data Entry" link next to the activity title
2. On the Case Selection page, select the appropriate case and click "Continue."
3. Complete the free text form on the documentation page. Be sure to click "Submit" at the bottom of the page upon completion.
4. After submission, please log out of Learning Space and/or close your browser.
