Adobe Connect, a former webinar and online meeting provider, is retiring on December 20, 2024. This change will impact Adobe Connect only. No other Adobe products are in scope. The list below highlights the common uses of Adobe Connect and alternative solutions for those uses. If you have questions or need support leveraging the alternative solutions, please contact the IT service desk at servicedesk@ohio.edu.
Plan to make the necessary preparations by December 20, 2024. All content will be archived for six months and will be permanently deleted on June 30, 2025.
Note: Only content owners can save/transfer Adobe Connect content. OHIO IT can answer migration questions but is unable to perform content migration.

Downloading Meeting Recordings

- Under, Start Recording, begin with, To download an Adobe Connect meeting for offline viewing, follow the steps below.
Note: Only the meeting owner can download the meeting.(Select the image to increase size)
Hosting Online Meetings
If you still conduct online meetings in Adobe Connect, please prepare to leverage Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Teams Classes. Learn more about creating and joining a Microsoft Teams meeting, live event, or webinar.
Instruction and Training Modules (SCORM, HTML, Adobe Captivate)

Move the desired content to an alternative and secure hosting solution like OneDrive/SharePoint.
