This article provides information and steps to take when editing tickets in TDWorkManagement, the technician application of TeamDynamix.
Environment

Solution 
In order to edit a ticket, you will need to:
	- 
	
Log in to TDWorkManagement with your OHIO email and password.
	 
	- 
	
Select the View Application button (in the upper left).
	 
	- 
	
Select Tickets.
	 
	- 
	
Locate the ticket via provided filters or searches.
	 
	- 
	
Select the title of the ticket you wish to edit from the tickets list.
	 
	- 
	
Select the Edit button at the top of the page.
	 
	- 
	
Modify ticket information as needed and once complete, select the Save button at the top of the window.
	 
Outcome: You are now able to edit tickets in TDWorkManagement.
