Security Incident

You can report a potential information security incident by completing the information security incident form, sending an email to security@ohio.edu, or by calling 740-566-7233. If the incident involves life or safety, call 911 immediately.

Information Security Exception Request

If you are unable to meet an Ohio University Information Security Standard you must complete the Information Security Exception Request Form. Requests for exception from an Information Security Standard are reviewed by the Information Security Office.
