  • Current OHIO faculty, staff, emeriti, and students 

How to request access

  • University-owned computers 

  • Personally-owned computers 

    • Bring the device to the IT Service Desk at Bobcat Depot located on the first floor of Baker University Center (1 Park Place Athens, Ohio).

Features

University-owned computers 

  • Central management of licensed applications and operating system updates for Windows and Mac devices

  • On-site evaluation and repairs for computer issues

Personally-owned computers 

  • Walk-in repair service available at the Service Desk at Bobcat Depot

  • Free evaluation of computer issues

  • Hourly labor rate for non-warranty repairs 

  • Warranty service for Macs and business-class Dells and Lenovos
