Off-Campus Proctoring

OHIO Testing Services offers off-campus testing options for students who are unable to take their examinations at one of the OHIO campus locations. Students may seek approval for an alternate proctor or an alternate testing center.

Off-campus testing in a testing center

  • If you wish to request off-campus testing in a testing center of your choice, you will need to submit an Off-Campus Proctored Exam Request form at least 10 days before your scheduled exam date.

    • If you are taking multiple exams, you will need to submit a form for each of your exams

  • If your exam is paper-based, it will be sent to the approved testing center via email.  After you completed your paper-based exam, the proctor will return it to the professor by email for grading.

  • Off-site testing centers may charge fees for their services. You are responsible for paying those fees.
