  • Access provided by request to the IT Service Desk.

Cost

Subscription-based with an initial setup fee followed by an ongoing maintenance fee that includes upgrades:

  • Initial setup: $300 per machine for the first year

  • Ongoing maintenance: $200 per machine

    • Maintenance fees are subject to change. OIT will contact you before your subscription renews each year to verify current pricing and confirm that you still require the license.

Who can access

  • Faculty/staff use on university-owned machines only.

    • Can be installed in labs for student use.

How to request access

  • Software Title

  • Quantity

  • OHIO ID of individual using product

  • Computer Name

  • Departmental account number for billing

Once we have processed your order, the IT Service Desk will notify you when it is available for download via Software Center.
