This form is designed for administrators across the university to submit a request for students or staff to be assigned training in Vector LMS outside of the automated training assignments currently in Vector. 

  • For assignments to students and student employees, please review the student training plans here.
  • For assignments to all other employees, including guest workers, please review the employee training plans here.

To enroll individuals in an ad-hoc training assignment, use one of the two designated TDX forms using the links to the right:

Option 1: “Request Ad-Hoc Training Plan”

Use this form if:

  • No training plan or cohort currently exists for the assignment.
  • You need to create a new ad-hoc group and training plan.

Steps:

  1. Go to the TDX form titled “Request Ad-Hoc Training Plan” to the right.
  2. Provide a name and description for the training plan.
  3. Upload an Excel file with the individuals to be enrolled.
  4. Specify any relevant details (e.g., training content, timeline).
  5. Submit the form.

Option 2: “Request Enrollment” in an Existing Training Plan

Use this form if:

  • A training plan and cohort already exist.
  • You are adding one or more individuals to that existing group.

Steps:

  1. Go to the TDX form titled “Request Enrollment”.
  2. Provide the name of the training plan and cohort.
  3. Upload an Excel file with the individuals to be enrolled.
  4. Submit the form.
