This form is designed for administrators across the university to submit a request for students or staff to be assigned training in Vector LMS outside of the automated training assignments currently in Vector.

To enroll individuals in an ad-hoc training assignment, use one of the two designated TDX forms using the links to the right:
Option 1: “Request Ad-Hoc Training Plan”
Use this form if:
- No training plan or cohort currently exists for the assignment.
- You need to create a new ad-hoc group and training plan.
Steps:
- Go to the TDX form titled “Request Ad-Hoc Training Plan” to the right.
- Provide a name and description for the training plan.
- Upload an Excel file with the individuals to be enrolled.
- Specify any relevant details (e.g., training content, timeline).
- Submit the form.
Option 2: “Request Enrollment” in an Existing Training Plan
Use this form if:
- A training plan and cohort already exist.
- You are adding one or more individuals to that existing group.
Steps:
- Go to the TDX form titled “Request Enrollment”.
- Provide the name of the training plan and cohort.
- Upload an Excel file with the individuals to be enrolled.
- Submit the form.
