Request Shared Calendar Access
Requests access to or sharing of a calendar in Microsoft 365 to enable a team or individual to view or manage scheduling on behalf of another user or resource.

Shared calendar request - should include:

Calendar name: What people will see if they look up your shared calendar in Outlook or Outlook on the Web

Owner(s): The OHIO email address of each person who will manage the shared calendar.

Users: The OHIO email addresses of everyone who needs to access the shared calendar.

User Permissions: For each user, please specify how much access they should have:

Available only - Can see blocks of time only. Usually not necessary as it’s the default permission.

Limited details - Can see date, time, subject, location.

Full details / Reviewer - Can see date, time, subject, location, attendees, meeting content.

Author - Has same privileges as Reviewer and can create items and modify and delete entries they created.

Editor - Has same privileges as Author and can modify and delete entries created by others.

Calendar delegate - Has same privileges as Editor and can respond to meeting requests on behalf of the calendar owner.
