Consultations can be performed free of charge

Customers are responsible for all one-time and recurring costs associated with implementing digital signage. All costs will be billed as full cost recovery. Pricing will vary based on the solution selected and the cost of equipment.

OIT will replace equipment under manufacturer warranty that has failed due to manufacturer defect at no charge.

Customers will be responsible for costs associated with repairing equipment, cabling, or other infrastructure when physical damage occurs.

If Facilities work is needed, OIT will work with Facilities to provide additional cost and time estimates.
