GraphPad Prism
The HCOM GraphPad Prism license has switched to a new NamedUser license structure as of late October 2026. With the new license you will have access to the same GraphPad Prism functionality in addition to a few more features and the ability to use GraphPad Prism on two devices per user.
Switching to the new Named User License (starting late October 2026)

- While in GraphPad Prism go to Help in the header > Manage License
- A preference window will open > In the License section click Change Activation
- Sign into GraphPad Prism using the "Email Sign In (Named-user Licenses)" option
- Enter the email connected to your GraphPad Prism account > Continue
- Enter your GraphPad.com password (Do not click the "Log in with SSO" option, GraphPad Prism is NOT connected to the OU single sign on)
Installing GraphPad Prism on a Device
- Use the link on the GraphPad Prism invitation email (first time installation) or sign into GraphPad.com > Prism Standard Subscription > My Account
- In the Download and Active Prism Section > Click the download option for the appropriate computer type
- Follow the installation instructions > Sign In using the "Email Sign In" option
Managing Licenses on Two Devices
- Sign into GraphPad.com > Prism Standard Subscription > My Account
- Review the Device section to see the device(s) associated with your license
- To deactivate a device click Deactivate next to the device you no longer want to use with GraphPad Prism
- Follow the installation instructions above to add a device
