Some Internet browsers may cause issues with Proctortrack that can be solved by updating your browser or trying another browser.

Solution
If you continue to experience browser-related issues after updating or switching browsers, please contact Proctortrack support for assistance. Live chat, phone, and email support are available 24/7/365.
Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are recommended. We do not recommend using Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Internet Explorer.

If you're having difficulty with Google Chrome, make sure you're running the most recent version of the browser. See Google's Update Google Chrome Page for instructions.

If you're having difficulty with Firefox, make sure you're running the most recent version of the browser. See Mozilla's Find What Version of Firefox You're Using Page for instructions.

Finally, if you're having trouble with Chrome, attempt to use Firefox. If you're having trouble with Firefox, attempt to use Chrome. Simply changing the browser can sometimes alleviate issues.
Outcome: You should be able to reduce issues with your Internet browser.
