If a student's exam did not automatically submit once they've completed and clicked "Submit", you have the ability as an Admin to manually submit their exam. This happens periodically due to a dropped internet connection. Typically, the resolution is to have the student reconnect their device to the internet, log back in to Examn, and the test will automatically submit. Manually submitting should be the secondary option.
1. Locate the student's test in the "Expired" tab of the desired exam
2. Select the checkbox next to the student's name>Actions>View Responses
3. Locate and select the blue button in the top right "Manually submit for grading"
4. Check to make sure the student's submission shows in the "Completed" tab
