Overview
The purpose of this report is to provide Small Group Coaches a list of absences and current semester grades for their assigned students.
Accessing Report
To access the report, go to HCOM Small Group Absences filtered by current user with grades - Power BI. The data in the report should reflect only those students you are currently assigned as the small group coach in Salesforce. Updating the Small Group Coach will be completed 1-2 weeks before the new semester by OME/OMET.
On the left hand side of the report, you can navigate between Absences and content exam grades for the current semester.
Absences
Under the tab for absences, you will see a listing of all students who have submitted an absences that you are the small group coach of. You can sort the data by the Date of the Event and scroll if needed to find certain dates. You can also filter by any of the other columns.
Note: This data is directly connected to Salesforce and updates current data from the system every 2 hours, on the even hours.
Grades
Similarly for grades, it should see a listing of all students that you are currently the small group coach of. You can sort the data by student name.
Note: This data is updated daily each morning, grade data does not update this report in real time.
