Request Access
- If you do not already have access to ClerkChat, submit an HCOMtech ticket request with the email and phone number associated with the user.
- OMET will then setup the user in ClerkChat and submit a request to OIT to add user enablement of Clerk SMS in Teams
Adding to Teams
- In Microsoft Teams, go to '+Apps' at the bottom of your left hand navigation bar
- In the search enter, "Clerk SMS" and select then "Add"
- You should then get a successful message, click "Open"
- Select "Continue" to allow permission
- It should then appear in your left hand navigation bar, right click on the app and select "Pin" to pin it to your left hand navigation bar
You should now be all set to using ClerkChat within Teams
