Overview
How to update your working hours and members assigned to your phone number (may require HCOM tech ticket request for membership updates).
Settings
In ClerkChat, from the phone number you want to update, click on the ellipsis and then select 'Settings'.

- General
- Change the icon and name of that phone number
- Working Hours
- First, you would need to enable, then update your timezone, schedule and auto reply

- Members
- This may require workspace admin access, if so, please submit a ticket to HCOM tech. This is where each person is assigned to a number. A person can be assigned to multiple numbers. This gives them access to view SMS for each of those accounts.
- Compliance
- This is where you can define custom keywords and auto-replay messages for opt-out, re subscribe and help requests. This is also where you can set the first message for that phone number for a contact when they are first getting a message through this system. This is where you can put opt-in messaging.
