Description
Azure MFA provides a self-service password reset, which allows you to reset your password without service desk involvement. If your account is locked or you forget your password, you can follow prompts to unblock yourselves and get back to work.
Environment
PC, Mac, Authenticator app
Change your password from the app:

Open your Authenticator app.

Select the right arrow (>) on the account for which you want to change your password.

Select Change password >.

A browser window will open and prompt you to enter your old password, create a new password, and confirm your new password. Select Submit once all fields are complete.
Outcome: You should now be able to reset your OHIO password.
Change your password from myaccount.microsoft.com:

Go to myaccount.microsoft.com.

Select change password >.

You'll be prompted to enter your old password, create a new password, and confirm your new password. Select Submit once all fields are complete.
Outcome: You should now be able to reset your OHIO password.
