Search for a report or analysis

Description

A report in OHIO Bobcat Insights (OBI) is called an analysis. This article explains the steps to find an analysis in OBI.

Environment

OHIO Bobcat Insights (OBI)

Solution 

1. Click the Catalog button in the top right menu
2. Click the spyglass / magnifying glass / search icon
   
3. In the left pane, type your search term in the Search box, then select the Search button. Results will appear in the right pane.
   
4. Additional search options to help filter the results include:
   • Location:
     • Limit the search to "My Folders" or search "Shared Folders"
   • Sub-folders
     • Limit the top-level folder or search the sub-folders contained within the top-level folder.
       • Note: Searching sub-folders will take longer.
   • Type:
     • Limit the search for either an analysis or a dashboard.
       • Typically, you will search for either an analysis or a dashboard, not both.

Outcome: You should now be able to successfully search for an analysis/report in OBI.
