TeamDynamix Mobile App

Description

The TeamDynamix Mobile app allows technicians to access TDNext while away from their desk. The app gives you access to the same TDX applications you usually access using your computer, including the ticket, asset, and people applications. This article provides directions to access the TeamDynamix Mobile app with your OHIO Account.

Note: You must have access to TDNext to be able to use the TeamDynamix Mobile App.

Environment

Android & Apple Mobile Devices

Solution 

  1. Log into TDNext.
  2. Access Downloads from the waffle menu.
  3. Select the TeamDynamix Mobile link from the list.
  4. Scan the Install the Mobile App QR Code to download the TeamDynamix Mobile app (or search/select "TeamDynamix Mobile" in your phone's app store).
  5. Open TeamDynamix Mobile App.
  6. Select the QR scanner.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    1. If your phone asks to give permissions to the app to use the camera, please grant them.
  7. Scan the Register the Mobile App QR code from the Downloads Page.
  8. Select OK to proceed.
  9. Sign in with your OHIO credentials.

Outcome: You should be able to access and use the TeamDynamix Mobile App.
