Student Information System: PeopleSoft - MyOHIO Student Center

Student Information System (SIS) known as the MyOHIO Student Center and used to access course registration, financial aid, and student account information.

Students

Instructors, Advisors, and others with administrative access

Maintenance Windows

  • PeopleSoft uses the standard maintenance windows for IT Services with one exception. Once a quarter, we will schedule a longer window from 12:01 a.m. on a Saturday through 7:00 a.m. that following Monday for major system updates. Advance notice will be provided for these quarterly updates.

Who can access

Administrative access

  • Employees who have a specific, job-related need for access to student data, as approved by the departments who are responsible for that data.

Self-service access

  • Anyone with active personal records in the system, including applicants, students, employees who are taking classes, and alumni can access the MyOHIO Student Center.

How to request access

Students

  • No request needed. All applicants and students have access to their own personal records through MyOHIO Student Center by default. Student employees are not typically granted administrative access to PeopleSoft, however you can contact the appropriate department (Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, or Registrar) to determine your eligibility.

Instructors and Advisors

  • The Faculty & Advising Center and Textbook apps allow instructors and advisors to access their own course, student, and advisee records by default. No request needed.

Advanced administrative access

  • To request access to PeopleSoft administrative screens; Class List, Advisee List, or Textbook access for someone other than the instructor of record or advisor or individual access to Class Lists, Advisee Lists or Textbook data for an entire department/school/college/campus, please complete both of the forms below and submit them via email to servicedesk@ohio.edu.
