This feature can be utilized by some staff to organize Town Hall meetings through our M365 team.
Who can access
- Town Halls will be set up by identified members of OU personnel, attendance to a Town Hall will be a discretion of the organizer.
How to request access
Features

No technical knowledge is needed to use the rooms. A staff member will make sure the Town Hall is properly accommodated.

Can accommodate Q&A and moderated discussion.

Upon request, sessions can be recorded for later playback.
