Description

Voicemail allows telephone callers to leave a voice message for the number they called when the owner is unavailable to answer the call. Voicemail can also be managed through the Single Inbox feature.

Access

You can access your voicemail in a variety of ways, including from your office phone, a colleague's phone, an off-campus phone, or from the internet via WebInbox.

  • Ohio University faculty and staff are eligible for voicemail

Features

  • Callers can leave voice messages

  • Ability to listen to, forward, record, and delete voice messages

  • New voicemail notifications on your desk phone and via email and text message

Connect with other applications

You can listen to and manage your voicemails from your Catmail inbox using Single Inbox. This feature allows your voicemail messages to be delivered to your email inbox. This is a fully synchronized service. If you listen to the voicemail either from your phone or computer, it will be reflected as read on both systems. Additionally, if you delete the message from either system, it will remove it from the other. To access Single Inbox, please create a ticket.
