Overview
Each Spring, OMS III students are required to submit a Residency Survey in their student portals to assist the residency advising team. This article explains the process, how to locate the survey, and submit it.
Accessing the Student Portal and Logging In
The Student Portal can be accessed using the following link: https://ouhcom.my.site.com/students/. You will use your OHIO email and password to log in.
Upon logging in, you'll land on a homepage similar to the one pictured below. From here select "Residency Survey".
Complete the Survey
There are three sections to fill out; the Residency Survey, MSPE, and Small Group Coach Comments. Below you will find a preview of the questions asked. Fields with a red bar are required.
Next, there will be a statement in this section that says if you have or have not met the requirements for Research Distinction on your MSPE, based on your submitted research activities.
All of your small group coach comments will be available for you to pick to use on your MSPE, you may select two total. Please provide a decision for all comments provided.
- Use as MSPE Comment 1
- Use as MSPE Comment 2
- Do Not Use Comment on MSPE
Please note if you select more than 2 comments, only 2 of them will appear on your MSPE.
Submit the Survey
When all required fields are filled out and you are ready to submit, click the 'Submit' button.
Upon submission, you will not be able to make any additional edits to the form. Additionally, you will receive a copy of your responses via email.
