Overview
Each Preceptor's Contact record contains a lot of data and as of 12/01/2024 the way the information is displayed has changed. This article outlines where important information is for OME staff to review.
Details Tab
This tab contains the preceptors biographic and demographic information such as Email, Addresses, IDs, and Preceptor Status Information.
Preceptor Applications
This tab has a list page of all of the Preceptor's applications. You may select the Preceptor Application Name to open the application and view it in its entirety.
Performance
This tab is new to the layout and contains a summary of Elevated/Monitored Evaluations, Professionalism Issues, Feedback Concerns, and the Internal Notes.
- Only Evaluations that have an "Elevated", "Monitor", or "Elevated & Addessed" Status are counted in this total.
- All Professionalism issues are counted in this total.
- Only Feedback Forms that are of category "Concern" are counted in this total.
This tab also includes lists of the individual Evaluation Reviews, Professionalism, Feedback, and Award records. You can access any of those records in more detail by selecting the Record Name.
Notes & Attachments
This section will include any documents uploaded to the contact record. Documents can be uploaded directly from this page by dragging and dropping, or be selecting the 'Upload Files' button.
Activity
This tab displays any emails sent from Salesforce to the preceptor and tasks.
